First they will conduct screening test to you meet qualifications they require for the role....next will be 2 sets of technical rounds, one HR round and then a versant test to check your fluency in English and final round will be with partner/director.

Mostly related to your Audit experience and tests randomly about your knowledge in GAAPS , They focus on your integrity and suitability to particular role.. thats it.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
