Very casual and conversational, some standard questions as a starting point but nothing tricky. A positive experience. I did two thirty minute interviews, one interviewer at a time. My impression was that it was an assessment of my personality more than my competency. I think that my resume informed them about my competency and the interview was all about seeing if I would be a good fit or not. The interviewers were very nice and I enjoyed the experience.

How do you think your previous experience will help you in this role?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
