Interview panel was too much arrogant and trying to show they are very superior. I sensed they are not expert , but thier intention only to make confusion and try to show how smart they are. Just one example - they asked what development done? When I explained development and they told me don't tell about technical development. I first time heard development without abap...such stupid interviewer I saw fist time that also in company like deloitte. Such interviewer not only hamper deloitte imange but also company can loss good potential talent.

First interview with the talent sourcing staff. Second was a face to face interview at the Dublin office. I was interviewed by two employees in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
