This experience was a rollercoaster of bad communication and unprofessional behavior. After a quick screening call in July, I never heard back. I followed up in Sept. to asking if I was still being considered for the position, and was told they went in a different direction. Two weeks later I was asked to interview. I went through the interview process and was verbally offered the job. Weeks went by with no official paper offer so I called back, and was told they might rescind due to my lack of experience for the position (the position I had already been offered). Another couple of weeks went by and I called again, they told me they were unable to put together a contract and were technically "not rescinding" because no offer had ever been made, they were going in a different direction and that the verbal offer they made me previously didn't count. I started this process in July and finally ended it with this result in November. Overall, the recruiter was terrible. I was not given clear answers or kept up to date on my status and this process was ridiculously long, confusing, and extremely frustrating. I expected better from such a highly regarded company.
