Screening, HR round, and interview round were smooth. The interviewers were very supportive and motivating. I felt nervous during the process, but they helped me stay calm without any discouragement

Pretty straightforward - 2 rounds, 30 min behavioral round followed by 30 min case. Virtually conducted. Interviewers were partners or senior management. the case studies were more difficult than the online practice but I liked their relevance to real projects conducted by deloitte.

It was very nice and competitive. The questions asked were real life based scenario and how a manager should take decision in times of crisis. The question gives you a situation to analyze and as a manager we have think of the whole company as well as the financials and take the decisions.
