1) This firm hires throughout the year but especially more during their busy season
2) Once the candidate is selected for the interview, time is given for their preparation and if the candidate is not available on the interview day, the interview panel reschedules it provided they are informed a day earlier about your absence.
3) Interviewee's time was respected and this was the best part of it
4) Questions were asked on the basis of task based scenarios
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
