Tips: Group Assessment: you may want to arrive a bit early to meet other candidates in your group so you learn their names and background. Read the case really quick. Try to contribute to the group by keeping time, or writing stuff on the board while others are still discussing to save time.

Applied online and was granted an interview. The process itself was just one interview with a manager and a senior partner. The interview itself was very laid back and more behavioral than technical. Deloitte kitchener was more of a niche market and my experiences with Communitech lined up with their tech consulting program that they offered. I'm excited to begin my career with them!
