The first phase was a panel interview with other 6 persons that consisted of presentation, case and sudoku like inteligence test. The last part was the one-to-one interview with the department director. My overall opinion is positive a out the culture and the organization of the recruiting process only flaws that I hav managed to note are about the duration of the whole process it took more than 3 weeks form the group interview to the offer.
