•Online application including motivations, school, university and extracurricular activities w/ opportunity to attach CV
•Online testing for maths and critical thinking
•Online Questionnaire for service line within consulting
Relatively straight forward process but had to wait a long time between stages despite passing.
There is an indefinite wait list even after you have passed all requirements.
You can only choose your service line, after you have passed stages which does not guarantee there will be any roles left in your preferred line

Psychometric tests followed by job simulation and then an assessment centre which consisted of a topic presentation and and interview with the director. Topic was provided beforehand and lots of guidance was given.

What was a time you had to come up with a creative solution to a problem?
It was so-so. The interviewer was kind, but it would've been better if you guys give assurance/confirmation about the result of the interview. I would respect the company more if you did this right to other applicants.

It was an online super day. With 2 group activities and two interviews with directors. Directors asked mostly behaviour questions. The group activities were more hands on, required to work in a team and present results and conclusion at the end.
