Went through a series of interviews through campus recruiting, mostly behavioral. One stage of the process was a group dinner with other candidates and Deloitte Senior Managers and Partners. There was a lot of personality differences with my interviewers - some very friendly and engaging, and some a bit more structured to the interview questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
