Job simulation through HireVue. Very thorough and engaging with plenty of opportunity to showcase and demonstrate competencies. I am awaiting a decision on next stages as I just completed it today.

Case-study based questions with a mix of video-based answers (recorded), MCQs and written answers, for example writing emails.
Not comfortable. It didn’t feel like I was being fully analyzed and taken into account thought their process. It feels too impersonal which I guess it make it hard ti judge a person.

Went very smoothly.
The interviewer was very nice and the whole process was straight forward and enjoyable. They also fund your ACA if you manage to convert to the graduate role.
