- J'ai été contacté par une recruteuse du service RH sur Linkedin
- Nous avons eu un premier appel de 10 min afin de vérifier si mon profile correspondait à l'offre qu'elle voulait me proposer
- Nous avons ensuite eu un entretien RH de 20 min afin d'approfondir mon expérience
- L'entretien avec un manager a duré 1h, autour de l'expérience, l'expertise technique, avec une étude de cas
- La dernière étape était un entretien avec le DRH

It was not too easy but a bit difficult though for an fresher. It was way more critical but anyhow i managed to answer. Skillset question was not so difficult but the knowledge all over is must.

Cant describe shortly but related to my skills and education
Too much corporate, lack personalized questions and vision. Also too much steps to complete the interview process. Conclusion a big corporate operation lacking innovation. My suggestion is to keep away from big companies like these if you can

J'ai réalisé des tests technique à distance (niveau d'anglais et raisonnement) avant d'avoir un entretien RH.
J'ai ensuite été interviewé en 2 entretiens avec Directeur puis Partner de la pratice, avec des questions classiques d'entretien ainsi qu'une étude de cas
