I have been through a series of interviews twice with Deloitte years apart and never offered a job. The questions seemed easy and I was promised a job and told that I am ‘overqualified’. But then nothing happened. It seems that they are afraid of differences. They only consider WASP and English native Asians. It feels like a dinosaur out of touch with today realities.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
