Imagine that Verizon is releasing the iPhone today and they want to launch a separate custom service department. Walk me through the considerations, how would you design the systems to link with Verizon's current CRM systems, and give me 1 killer idea that will make this customer service unit the best of the bunch.
I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
