The interview was very straightforward. 30 minute case and 30 minute behavioral. Mostly candidate-led. Be sure to study a variety of frameworks for the case study. Behavioral consists of typical interview questions.

For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.

The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
