I was a campus hire. This was the first interview that I had given. There was an aptitude test. Students who cleared the aptitude test were selected for the group discussion. A business scenario was given. We were to discuss and come up with a solution and present it in a chart. Once that was cleared, the final interview was there. The interview process went on for 25 minutes. It was smooth. I wasn't stressed at all. Basic questions were asked. It's basically to test one's confidence level and how well one is good at communicating one's thought to the interviewer.

Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
