Short Video Interview with standard questions. Not too difficult if well prepared. There was a job specific question. This was for the hirevue. Dressing up and quiet time is important in this case. Be very confident and sure of your answers.
Currently progressing through the interview process for a Financial Analyst role at Deloitte, with discussions focused on finance experience, analytical skills, Excel/reporting abilities, and fit with Deloitte’s consulting and client-service environment.

Digital assessment was done online tests with job simulations and had a few Technical Questions or Role-Specific Testing. Had a business case to solve on the spot. An assessment centre with multiple exercises: group tasks, case studies and, behavioural interviews.
