At first it was an interview with the Human Resources and it was very simple, just needed to talk about my self and my Cv. No questions outside of the box

What skills do you think you got with your internship? Why did you choose Deloitte?
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
