Very straightforward. It was all on teams on one day process with a couple hours worth of interviews. Meeting with various people at the department questions were pretty easy, straightforward like any other interview got a call from the recruiter the day after saying I was hired.

What are some of your strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to be an accountant? Why do you want to work for Deloitte?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
