The initial screen was done with a video application to record your answers on video for submisison. 5 questions, 3 you could keep re-recording your answers until perfect and 2 were spontaneous questions with about 1.5 mins to think before the camera records your answer automatically. The questions were not necessarily difficult, but the process of recording my answers over video was new. HR says to keep recording your answer until it is perfect, so that adds extra pressure, and the interview took me about 2.5 hours to complete.
