Fair and straightforward, very personable. There was a rapport and good energy. Be prepared for behavioural questions. The managers were very nice. I received constructive feedback following the interview. The interview was held on zoom for one hour.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.
