The interview was fair and included aptitude test, manager interview and finally a partner interview. All interviews were in person at their premises and lasted about 1 hour each. There was clear communication at every stage but did not get an opportunity to negotiate salary and was shortchanged.

What challenges do you expect to encounter in this role and how will you navigate?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
