Manager interview: (30 mins) - case study (English) - behavioural questions (Cantonese) Partner interview: (30 mins) - in English and Mandarin - self introduction - why deloitte, why this division, why this location - do you know about GBA / are you okay with working in mainland - working overtime
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
