First, we had an Online Test on AMCAT. The test had Quantitative, Verbal and Logical Reasoning Questions. The selected ones were shortlisted for the next Round i.e. Case Study Round. In this round, the candidates were divided into groups and then a small Case was given. We need to analyse the case and answer few of the questions based on it. Then few moved to the PI round. The PI round was basically our communication skills testing round along with few technical questions.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
