We had four rounds - two technical rounds (each with managers + case study), one director round and one partner round. Technical rounds were in-depth, with detailed questions on previous work experiences, assignments carried out and key findings.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
