The interview had the following four phases in sequence:
1) Call with the HR: Basic questions on my current profile, salary that they plan to offer, location. Lasted for hardly 10 minutes.
2) Call with India Team Lead: Questions on financial ratios, statistical models, general questions on my current profile, she explained to me in further detail the profile that they were offering - 1 Hour
3) Call with the service line lead: again on my current profile, questions to check if I understood the profile they were offering me, asked me to describe some of my projects, long term goals - 45 minutes
4) Call with the sector head (based in the US): It was very casual. He was explaining me the team structure , size etc. What kind of work I would be getting. - 30 minutes

Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
