I got through the cv round, stuck at the writting round, there was 5 parts : accounting, auditing, general company knowledge, iq test, writing test. The first 2 are pure basic knowledge, lots of number and caculation, part 3 was about the company, most can be find out on the web, the 4th was all iq: questions that have no specific answer, the 5th was write up a short paragraph about some idea.

In a restaurant, a man orders a cup of tea and sees a fly in the cup, he asks the waiter and the waiter later offers him another cup. After a while, he yells to the waiter that this was the same cup, how could he know?
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
