Did through university recruiting. Initial resume drop, first-round behaviorals (2 30-minutes over zoom), final round in-person cases (2 1-hour cases). Interviewers were engaged and friendly! Recieved results about 2 weeks after final round.

I got through first round and they had a 30 minute behavioral followed by a 30 minute consulting case. The behavioral was very chill and conversational where we mostly talked about my resume and myself and then the interviewer asked other questions about how my team would perceive me and then what people would say at my retirement party. Then the case was very brief and I did not have time to go through it all and the guy said we wouldn't too. He allowed us to talk and get to know each other and to briefly go into the case and then talk at the end.

Attended the Blitz day with 3 back-to-back interviews. First one was a behavioral. I was surprised that I wasn’t asked the typical behavioral/situational questions. Instead, it was a free flowing conversation. Second interview was a case. Third interview was a client presentation — essentially a case presentation that I ended up presenting to multiple stakeholders with different values
