It was a 3 stage assessment process. The first assessment was mainly situational, cognitive and numerical based questions. The second stage was a job simulation where answered were provided in video, written, and ranking format. The 3rd and final stage consisted of group/individual exercises and an interview with a hiring manager.

I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.
