The interview process was relatively casual. They were looking for a person with IT knowledge but also some business knowledge (finance). The interviewer could not give a specific example of what my job function would entitle so I did not return for the second round.
imho I think they were just looking for people but were unable to give specific jobs because they didn't know yet. The person who interview me was a bit into himself. Not to say A LOT

It was not too easy but a bit difficult though for an fresher. It was way more critical but anyhow i managed to answer. Skillset question was not so difficult but the knowledge all over is must.

Too much corporate, lack personalized questions and vision. Also too much steps to complete the interview process. Conclusion a big corporate operation lacking innovation. My suggestion is to keep away from big companies like these if you can

J'ai réalisé des tests technique à distance (niveau d'anglais et raisonnement) avant d'avoir un entretien RH.
J'ai ensuite été interviewé en 2 entretiens avec Directeur puis Partner de la pratice, avec des questions classiques d'entretien ainsi qu'une étude de cas
