Upon successfully passing these three stages, candidates were then scheduled for two interviews. The first interview was conducted by the Human Resources department, focusing on the candidates' interpersonal skills, professional background, and alignment with the company's values. The final round was an interview with the partner of the department, where the discussion was more in-depth, revolving around the candidates' technical skills, experiences, and their potential fit within the team.
