Solid, I jumped the queue so didn’t have to jump through all the usual hoops. I believe this is because I had more experience than other grads. Had a group interview, others were more timid so would advise them to be more confident.

Final interview after completing online assessments. one part includes a presentation with questions afterwards. other part is normal competencies, motivations etc. each part is with a different senior member of the team applied to.
