I was interviewed by 2 people, 1 of them seems to be an associate director. The interview process itself was pleasant, I was asked about some personal info, maybe to soothe my nerves before entering into the more technical bits.

What did you do during the time from graduation up until now
A theoretical question based on a fake company group, whether there will be transfer pricing issues that may arise from transactions between the departments
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
