Sehr angenehmes Gespräch. Zusammen mit einer Managerin und einem Mitarbeiter, beide aus der Fachabteilung. Start mit persönlicher Vorstellung und Vorstellung der Tätigkeiten. Abfrage zum Lebenslauf. Keine fachliche Fragen wurden gestellt.

Koffie gesprek, test, sollicitatiegesprek. de test was erg goed te doen vergeleken met andere kantoren. koffie gesprek was een kenningsmakings gesprek wat erg laagdrempelig was, dat heb ik erg goed ervaren. sollicitatie gesprek was helaas online, dat vond ik persoonlijk iets minder

The procedure consisted out of 5 stages. Starting with a general selection based on motivation letter and resume. This was followed by an online assessment, an interview with the recruiter and a team member, a case study and an interview with a director.
