Casual conversation to begin with. Strengths and weaknesses, along with ambitions for the future. Also asked what I enjoy and don’t enjoy about accounting, I quite like this question. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and there was no awkward questions from the employers.

Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.
