The interview process was a typical consulting firm interview. Two back to back 30 min interviews. However, only one was a case interview. The other was a fit interview asking typical fit questions. Overall, interviewers seemed excited about their company.

I was asked a couple motivational questions: why you, why Deloitte; some behavioral: tell me about a time where you collaborated ect ect; and finally some questions related to the work from home trend.

Getting the interview was the hardest part of the process. I did two interviews, one with a partner and one with two analysts. Overall, with case practice the interview is pretty easy and straight forward.

Straightforward. Interviewers were nice. 1 online interview, mainly behavioural but linked back to Deloitte and its values. Focused on my experience and lots of STAR questions. Not technical but still needed to show awareness of Deloitte and its values.
