Type: Stress Interview
The interviewer was curt and was asking questions which did not have obvious answers.The point was to remain calm and determine which questions warranted answers and which did not. The interviewer also cut off answers which took too long to explain. The only way you could actually prove to be of any value was to wait until the very end for the interviewer to ask if you had any questions. The objective was to reply with an answer that would provide a lot of these answers within the question.
Test online (inglese/logica) then 3 colloqui, conoscitivo, tecnico e tecnico/comportamentale.

Had 2 interviews. First interview was very simple with HR type person. Second interview with technical interviewer where scenarios were presented and a discussion was had about how they would be handled.

Processo molto lungo, ben 3 incontri e ricevuto feedback negativo dopo oltre 4 mesi, dopo aver inviato numerosi solleciti e la risposta era sempre "stiamo valutando". Primo incontro attitudinale di gruppo, secondo tecnico e terzo simil motivazionale
