They give a large home assignment without any professional interview beforehand, without giving you contact details for questions, and then tell you you didn't understand the brief. It felt like I worked for free.
The interview process was easy to follow through, highly engaging, and also accommodative. I was delighted to hear the coordinator figuring out what position might fit better since I also addressed how focused I was on an opportunity that had lots of room for growth.
I got up to a third interview with the account manager/manager but could tell that they already had someone else in mind. However, I’m thankful for the opportunity and also had a great time connecting with the recruiter!
