There are 2 round interviews. The 1st round is standard interview with motivational and skills based . The 2nd round has a presentation. Topic of the presentation is share in advance.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
