Unprofessional. I went through a process of over a month and a half, during the process after going through several steps I was informed that my standard was closed and I was a candidate for another standard with a lower salary. After I went through all the steps and was informed that I was being hired, they said that I still wasn't hired and that I had to do another home test. At this point I told them I was no longer interested

Interviewer asked questions out of my skillset and not related to the job duties. I pointed that out and he said he was mistaken about the role. It was a waste of time for both me and HR.

The interview process was smooth and very quick. It wasn’t for a Full Stack role but rather for an AI-related position. They asked about my background, my profile pitch, and some details about how many pieces/components I managed in certain projects. We also talked about my availability. It wasn’t difficult, and there were no technical questions at this stage.
