Long process. 1st interview with HR. then accounting test. then IQ test. then 2 interviews with principle partners. HR interview was behavioral. Accounting test was mostly related to basic accounting questions just to test knowledge. IQ test is math/english and other IQ type questions. Interviews with partners might involve client/auditor role play.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
