Common approach: first part based on introductions (interviewer and interviewee), than some fit questions and a rapid case (# of sits for a new fast food with 5 cashiers) followed by some final questions to the interviewer.
However, the interview had a really bad approach interrupting continuously the interview for calling some colleagues and being sarcastic for the majority of the time.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
