I had to do a presentation to a panel of partners. Talking about my skills and experience. I was asked questions by the partners. There were lots of questions about my strategic vision for the future, how I would differentiate myself from others in the team and win work.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
