The interview process was highly unorganised, with an overwhelming number of interviewers bombarding third-year university students with specialist-level questions that were completely unrealistic for their experience level. It felt more like an interrogation than an assessment, showing a complete lack of understanding of what a student at this stage should reasonably know. This approach not only discourages candidates but also reflects poorly on the company's ability to assess talent effectively.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
