First a couple of logic and personality tests were sent out. Afterwards, there was a screening call and later an online interview. After the online interview, there was an assessment day, but I backed out before this. Very long process and the interviewer unfortunately didn't have any knowledge about the role and couldn't answer the most basic questions.

First interview is with HR, pretty standard, no issues. Second interview was a group case study supervised by a manager and the final interview was with a partner technical + fit.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds.
1 - aptitude test (logical reasoning, quants and verbal)
2- basic resume interview round
3 - HR round
Interviews were all very polite and nice

razonamiento logico,matematico y cuadrar un balance y p&l a partir de unos asientos contables y reflejar tambien los asientos+ dinamica de grupo con otros candidatos+entrevista tecnica con manager.
