First round phone with hiring manager on fit and case. Second round technical sql interview and case. Final round 4 cases. Spent a lot of time but no feedback. Overall process a bit chaotic. Applied one position and ended up interviewing for a different role. No clarity and transparency.

Was reached out to by a recruiter, had an intro call and then was given a take home where I had to do some analysis and put my findings in a PowerPoint deck. Submitted my deck and was told a day later the process would not be continuing. No feedback, no chance to walk through my work, just got an email saying the process was over. A bit frustrating to have done the work and not have the chance to walk them through it.

HM phone screen then a second interview. Where i was asked a poorly worded case study question. the interviewer struggled to clearly convey what the question really was or what data was available to us to use for decision making.
