I was approached by an external headhunter working for Doordash. They asked me about my most recent experience, including why I left my last job (I'm currently unemployed). Then they asked what experience I had had in leading end-to-end projects and in working with AI products.

First I had screener interview with agency hunter — general stuff like walking through the role, ensuring I’m ok with contractor status. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. There was much less “tell me about a time when” questions and much more like problem solving for DoorDash. Like “What do you think is the biggest issue DoorDash customers face?”
