First I had screener interview with agency hunter — general stuff like walking through the role, ensuring I’m ok with contractor status. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. There was much less “tell me about a time when” questions and much more like problem solving for DoorDash. Like “What do you think is the biggest issue DoorDash customers face?”
