Fluide, entre 2 et 4 entretiens. RH puis senior manager, puis entretien fit de personnalité. Questionnaire a faire à la maison (francais, mathematiques, logique). Le questionnaire est noté avec des lettres puis tu peux passer à l'entretien avec le senior manager
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.
