They asked typical questions of what your strengths are, ways you meet deadlines, your previous work experiences. I first met with the senior auditor and then the partner of the Irvine location. Second portion was mostly just trying to gauge your personality and why you want to work at EY specifically.

Tell me about a time you had to learn a difficult software and explain how you overcame those challenges.
Try telling stories to impress the recruitment team, and it's kinda hard to do so. Also the timer appearing when answering quiz, all the things are making you nervous throughout the one-way video interview.

Any experience of leadership?

First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.
